TUCK-BLOCK HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT - Fitting Instructions for Horizontal Sliding

  • 1. Clean the surface where Tuck-Block will be fixed. Remove protection from the bottom track (AL01) and fix the base track, making sure that the corner pieces are snug against the side of the window. Follow the same procedure for the top track (AL02).


  • 2. Insert the wall fixing track profile (AL03) into the corner piece making sure that it fits on the insert situated in the corner piece. Clip the track by pushing on the right side of the profile making sure that the locating extension of the corner is inserted into the track. Follow the same procedure for the remaining wall fixing track profile of the opposite side. Drill through the corresponding holes situated in the left and right wall fixing profiles, fit the plugs and screw the screws in tightly. Take care that the screws heads are flash with the wall fixing track.

  • 3. Fit the Tuck-Block on to the top and bottom tracks, according to the way you wish the opening to be positioned. Bring the Tuck-Block assembly in a vertical position and slide it to fix on to the wall fixing track profile.

  • 4. Remove from the handle profile the 2 cord locks and take one at a time to the opposite corner. Insert the cord lock (PL07) into the pulley situated in the lower corner piece (PL01) making sure that the cords are parallel and that they do not cross each other. Remove the key from the cord lock and keep it to the side. Follow the same procedure for the upper corner pulley.

  • 5. Insert the arriving profile into the top and bottom corner pieces and press-fit the profile on to the wall track. For easy operation, check the cord tension on the sliders (PL03-PL04) by closing or opening the distance from the track. Tighten the screws when finished.
